About the Role

We're building our talent pool for Partnership & Business Development professionals who enjoy building strategic relationships and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This opportunity is suitable for candidates interested in fintech, banking, financial services, and technology companies.


Responsibilities

  • Support partnership development and relationship management with strategic partners.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding and implementation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage partnership documentation, proposals, agreements, and administrative requirements.
  • Monitor implementation timelines and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare partnership reports, trackers, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Support due diligence and compliance documentation during partner onboarding. Maintain partnership databases and monitor agreement renewals.
  • Follow up on partnership initiatives and operational matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of partnership processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • 1–5+ years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payment services, or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
