Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to acquire new customers through driver communities, fleet networks, and strategic partners.
Build and expand acquisition channels by engaging key community leaders, creating marketing activations, and generating qualified sales leads.
Drive customer conversion by promoting VinFast EV ownership and rental solutions while achieving assigned sales and business growth targets.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to develop effective go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement for maximum commercial impact.

Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Automotive, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Growth, or Customer Acquisition, preferably within automotive, mobility, ride-hailing, transportation, or fleet industries.
Proven track record in customer acquisition, channel development, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
Strong network within driver communities, fleet operators, mobility ecosystems, or transportation businesses is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a commercial mindset
Good English proficiency and willingness to travel for field activities if needed.
