About the Role

We're building a network of Operations professionals who are passionate about ensuring operational excellence and delivering seamless business processes. This talent pool is intended for opportunities within fintech, banking, payment services, and other fast-growing industries.

Tanggung jawab

• Monitor daily operational activities and transaction processing.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and transaction discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor vendor and partner performance against service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
• Validate operational documentation and supporting records.
• Escalate and track operational issues until resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and internal controls.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Management, or related fields.
• 1–5+ years of experience in Operations, Payment Operations, Back Office, Settlement, or Operational Support.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payment gateways, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with operational dashboards and reporting tools.
