Non Trade Procurement Supervisor

Sourcing & Purchasing

• Supervise the end-to-end procurement process for all non-trade/indirect categories (CAPEX and OPEX)
• Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PR) and ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (PO).

Vendor & Contract Management

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to secure the best total value.
• Draft, review and finalize non-trade vendor contracts in coordination with the Legal department.
• Maintain and update the master vendor database to ensure accurate supplier information.

Team Leadership

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of procurement staff or buyers.
• Distribute workload effectively, set performance targets, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal audit requirements, financial controls, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their specific needs and provide strategi sourcing advice.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor Degree is a must
2. Have 3 years of work experience
3. Preferred retail company background
4. Have technical knowledge in Internal Procurement/Merchandiser
