Create engaging motion graphic assets for editorial, social media, digital campaigns, video content, and branded projects across female-focused platforms.
Develop animated visual content for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, relationship, parenting, and women empowerment topics.
Translate creative briefs, editorial concepts, and campaign objectives into visually compelling motion designs.
Produce animations for short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Social Media, Video Production, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
Design and animate title cards, lower thirds, transitions, opening sequences, infographics, and promotional materials.
Adapt static designs into animated formats optimized for various digital platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content development and audience engagement.
Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, timelines, and platform requirements.
Stay updated with motion design trends, digital content formats, and audience preferences in women’s media and lifestyle industries.
Support branded content, sponsored campaigns, and commercial projects when required.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Film, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Motion Graphic Artist, Motion Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
Proficient in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Additional tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar are a plus.
Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Familiar with social media content trends and digital-first storytelling formats.
Able to create content optimized for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns).
Knowledge of beauty, fashion, lifestyle, women’s interests, and current digital trends is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with good time management and problem-solving abilities.
Must provide portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion design and animation work.
