- Lead Merchant Relations team and oversee merchant operations, governance, service quality, and fulfillment performance.
- Manage merchant governance processes, including violation handling, appeals, case reviews, and platform policy enforcement.
- Monitor merchant performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and merchant experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Policy, Product, Risk, Customer Service, Logistics, and Technology) to drive policy implementation and operational improvements.
- Lead team development, operational projects, SOP improvements, and communication with HQ teams.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in merchant relations, merchant management, seller operations, account management, or marketplace operations within E-commerce industry.
- Proven experience leading a team or managing cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce market, merchant ecosystem, fulfillment processes, and platform operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel for performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
