The Role

As Medical Expert, you will be the scientific backbone behind what Tentang Anak tells and gives to Indonesian families. You'll turn the best available medical evidence into insights that shape our content, products, and partnerships — and you'll keep us ahead of what's next in child health. This role exists to strengthen our scientific credibility and our edge in the market.

What You Will Own

Research & Evidence Synthesis

• Conduct literature reviews, evidence appraisals, and research analyses on priority child health topics.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and reporting of research projects, surveys, or evidence-generation initiatives.
• Critically evaluate scientific literature and identify implications, gaps, and opportunities for organizational priorities.

Scientific Intelligence & Innovation

• Track emerging research, trends, technologies, and consumer needs in child health and development.
• Evaluate innovative approaches and identify opportunities to strengthen Tentang Anak’s impact and differentiation.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations for new initiatives, content themes, products, or partnerships.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence

• Collaborate effectively across NPD, in-app product, marketing, and community teams to ensure decisions are informed by evidence.
• Promote a culture of scientific curiosity, continuous learning, and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Medicine, Health Sciences, or related fields. A medical degree will be considered an advantage.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in health research, healthcare or related fields.
• Scientific Rigor & Medical Evidence: Demonstrated ability to conduct research, synthesize evidence, critically evaluate scientific literature, and ensure health-related outputs are accurate, credible, and aligned with current evidence and best practices.
• Knowledge Translation & Strategic Impact: Strong ability to translate complex scientific findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and knowledge products that inform content, programs, products, and organizational decisions.
• Innovation, Curiosity & Scientific Leadership: Demonstrated curiosity and forward-thinking mindset to identify emerging research, trends, and opportunities in child health, while proactively contributing ideas that strengthen Tentang Anak’s scientific leadership and market relevance.
• Collaboration, Communication & Ownership: Strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, communicate scientific concepts clearly, and independently drive initiatives with a high level of ownership and accountability.
