This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of Medical Check-Up (MCU) results by integrating claim history data, as well as developing data-driven wellness programs, monitoring employees with identified health risks, and providing consultative insights to clients.
Medical Analysis & Risk Stratification:
1. Analyze prospective client needs to design suitable Medical Check-Up (MCU) packages aligned with workforce risk profiles, industry requirements, and cost considerations
2. Perform comprehensive analysis of MCU results to identify employees’ health risk factors
3. Determine fitness for work status (fit, temporary unfit, or work restriction) based on medical findings
4. Translate medical analysis into clear insights and present findings, including actionable recommendations, to clients (HR/management) in a structured and professional manner
Health Monitoring & Case Management:
1. Monitor employees with high-risk MCU findings
2. Provide medical recommendations for follow-up actions (referral, further evaluation, early intervention)
3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with recommended health actions
Wellness Program Development
1. Develop data-driven wellness programs based on MCU results and claim data
2. Identify priority health interventions based on employee risk profiles
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and provide recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Medical Doctor (MD) degree
2. Strong interest in preventive medicine, occupational health, or population health
3. Ability to interpret MCU results (laboratory, radiology, ECG, etc.)
4. Ability to perform continuous health monitoring and follow-up for employees with identified health risks based on MCU results
5. Fresh Graduate are welcome
