Prepare lesson modules, practice exercises, and learning materials aligned with the curriculum in use.
Adapt teaching materials to meet students’ individual needs and learning levels.
Deliver mathematics concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
Assess and monitor students’ academic progress on a regular basis.
Provide constructive feedback and personalized learning strategies to support improvement.
Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ learning progress.
Create a positive, disciplined, and conducive classroom environment.
Encourage students to build confidence and develop a positive attitude toward mathematics.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree (or final-year university student) preferably in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related fields.
Strong understanding of basic to advanced mathematics concepts.
Patient, communicative, and able to build positive relationships with students.
Creative in delivering lessons and adaptable in adjusting teaching methods to suit different student learning styles.
