Analyze marketplace performance by monitoring supply, demand, and key operational metrics across multiple regions.
Identify demand patterns, supply gaps, peak hours, and operational bottlenecks to improve marketplace efficiency.
Develop forecasts for rider demand and driver supply using historical data and market trends.
Generate insights and recommendations to improve driver allocation, utilization, and service reliability.
Monitor marketplace health metrics such as fulfillment rate, acceptance rate, cancellation rate, idle time, and driver productivity.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to support daily business decisions.
Partner closely with Operations, Product, Strategy, and Data teams to develop and execute marketplace optimization initiatives.
Evaluate the impact of pricing strategies, incentive programs, and operational campaigns through data analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business growth, strategic planning, and operational improvements.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Marketplace Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations Analytics, Supply-Demand Planning, or a similar analytical role.
Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, e-commerce, on-demand services, or other marketplace businesses is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Experience working with large datasets and conducting statistical or trend analysis.
Familiarity with forecasting, supply-demand modeling, and marketplace performance metrics is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
