1. Marketing Operational Management
- Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure marketing products run smoothly and efficiently.
- Implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, product performance, and operational reliability across marketing activities.
2. Marketing Process Improvement
- Identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement within existing processes.
- Develop, maintain, and improve operational procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and system processes.
3. Data Analysis & Strategic Insights
- Analyze operational and marketing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Generate insights and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management and campaign owners to improve performance and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
- Experience as a Marketing, Operations, or similar role, preferably in e-money or financial services industry.
- Experience in managing partner relationships and executing activation or engagement activities.
- Familiarity with customer experience and engagement strategies.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI) will be a plus
