Responsible for achieving sales targets for Property/Mortgage products through agency network development and direct selling strategies with key activities such as:

• Recruiting Agents to develop a network according to the appropriate profile
• Maintaining good working relationships with Agents to increase loyalty and produce productive Agents
• Segmenting Agents based on sales potential
• Conducting direct selling activities to support increased sales of Property/Mortgage products
• Visiting the assets of prospective customers to ensure eligibility in accordance with applicable provisions

Kualifikasi

• Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in any major
• Prior experience in Marketing/similar roles, especially in the Property/Mortgage segment is preferred.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Must have a personal vehicle and an active driver's license
• Possess good communication skills
• Have a high level of discipline
• Ready to work with targets
