1. Executive Administrative Support
- Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and organize incoming requests, correspondence, and executive tasks.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
2. Meeting Coordination & Documentation
- Prepare agendas and necessary materials for internal and external meetings.
- Attend meetings when required and record Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Document key decisions and action items from meetings.
3. Follow-Up & Task Monitoring
- Track and monitor follow-up actions from meetings or directives from the Managing Director.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing assignments.
4. Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and accurate transmission of information from the Managing Director.
5. Document & Information Management
- Maintain and organize confidential documents, reports, and executive records.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of important company materials.
6. Event & Travel Support
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements including itineraries, logistics, and accommodations.
- Assist in organizing executive meetings, company events, or official engagements involving the Managing Director.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
