Manager Inbound & Inventory Dry Warehouse

Lead end-to-end inbound & inventory operations aligned with company targets and operational strategy.

Ensure warehouse capacity, inventory levels, and inbound flow support business demand & growth.

Align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure high level of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock opname.

Oversee discrepancy resolution across inbound, storage, and outbound.

Maintain proper inventory flow and stock integrity.

Drive team alignment on performance standards, discipline, and work ethic.

Oversee manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workforce optimization.

Develop team capability through coaching and structured development.

Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a managerial level, preferably from E-commerce and Logistics background
• Good knowledge in vendor’s management & project management
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
• Self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive
• Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and successes
• Outgoing with a positive and proactive approach
• Has a positive approach to work with a flexible can-do attitude
• Leadership skills to influence, attract, motivate and develop team members for high performance
• Strong background in managing people/staff in multiple levels
• Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
