We are looking for a tech-savvy and analytical professional to join our team as a Listing System Management Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, management, and optimization of systems related to listed companies and listing processes.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and enhancement of registration, evaluation, and reporting systems, including XBRL-based systems.
  2. Participate in system design, documentation, and optimization of system-based business processes.
  3. Manage and maintain systems related to listing processes, disclosure, and reporting to ensure reliability and performance.
  4. Perform data processing, analysis, and dashboard development to support internal decision-making and monitoring activities.
  5. Develop and implement automation initiatives (e.g., using Power Automate / Power Apps) to improve operational efficiency.
  6. Conduct initial troubleshooting and issue analysis for system-related problems, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for resolution.
  7. Support user training, helpdesk activities, and system socialization to listed companies and relevant stakeholders.
  8. Maintain and update databases related to listed companies, securities, special notations, and monitoring boards.
  9. Support information dissemination through IDX platforms in accordance with service level agreements (SLA).
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including exploring new technologies (e.g., AI) to enhance system capabilities.

Kualifikasi

What You’ll Deliver:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in system development, data analysis, or IT-related roles.

Technical Skills

  1. Strong understanding of business application systems, business analysis, and IT project management.
  2. Familiar with data processing, analytics, and database handling (e.g., SQL).
  3. Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate / Power Apps.
  4. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  5. Understanding of stock exchange business and operations is a plus.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  7. Familiar with or experienced in operating systems based on XBRL. (Prefered Qualification).

Soft Skills

  1. Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  2. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  3. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
  4. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

General Requirements:

  1. Minimum GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00)
  2. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)
  3. Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
  4. Knowledge of Capital Market will be an advantage.
