Support day-to-day legal activities.
Assist in managing legal matters.
Coordinate with external legal counsel, notaries, and relevant authorities.
Maintain well-organized legal records and monitor the validity of licenses, agreements, and legal permits.
Prepare documents related to regulatory requirements and corporate governance matters.
Provide administrative and coordination support for legal matters across internal departments when needed.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Law,
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Staff in a listed company,
Strong knowledge in legal matters,
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills,
Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
Possess strong effective communication both internal and external stakeholders.
