About the Role

We're building our Talent Pool for Legal professionals who are passionate about providing practical legal support while enabling business growth. This talent pool is intended for current and future opportunities across our organization and client companies in Financial Services, Fintech, Banking, Technology, and Corporate Services. If you have experience in corporate legal, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, or legal operations, we'd love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including commercial agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other corporate documentation.
• Provide legal advice, risk assessments, and practical recommendations to internal stakeholders on business and operational matters.
• Support business units in contract management, legal operations, and day-to-day legal matters.
• Assist in contract negotiations with clients, vendors, partners, and other external parties.
• Conduct legal research and monitor applicable laws and regulations relevant to business operations.
• Review legal risks related to new products, services, projects, and business initiatives.
• Ensure legal documentation is accurate, properly maintained, and aligned with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, Operations, and Business Development.
• Assist with corporate governance, licensing, regulatory matters, and other legal compliance activities.
• Support continuous improvement of legal processes and documentation standards.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited university.
• 1–5+ years of experience in Corporate Legal, Commercial Legal, In-House Legal, Legal Counsel, or Legal Officer roles.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, technology, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and general regulatory frameworks.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and legal drafting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
