PT Solusi Pembayaran Cerdas, widely known by its brand name Sento, is an integrated payment solutions provider in Indonesia, registered with and regulated by Bank Indonesia. The company helps businesses manage digital financial transactions more efficiently, securely, and with greater scalability and control through reliable payment infrastructure and innovative financial technology solutions.


As part of its continued growth, Sento is seeking talented professionals who are passionate about fintech, regulatory excellence, and driving innovation in Indonesia's rapidly evolving digital payments ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various legal documents, including commercial agreements, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and other corporate legal documentation.
  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and legal risk assessments to support day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure company compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including those issued by Bank Indonesia (BI), Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), and other relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Support licensing, registration, reporting, and regulatory submissions with OJK, BI, and other government institutions.
  • Review business initiatives, products, and operational processes to identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on corporate governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, consumer protection, and other legal matters.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations, evaluate their impact on the business, and provide timely legal updates and recommendations.
  • Assist in handling legal disputes, claims, regulatory inquiries, and external legal correspondence.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel, regulators, auditors, and business partners when required.
  • Maintain contract management processes, legal documentation, and legal records to ensure proper governance and accessibility.
  • Support internal policy development, legal awareness initiatives, and compliance programs across the organization.
  • Perform legal research using reliable legal databases and provide accurate legal opinions to support business decision-making.

Kualifikasi

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputable university.
  • Advocate License (PERADI) is an advantage.
  • Certification in Data Privacy, Compliance, or related legal fields is a plus.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Legal, preferably within Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, Payment Gateway, E-commerce, or a reputable Law Firm specializing in corporate and financial law.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience handling commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting licensing or regulatory matters with OJK and Bank Indonesia (BI) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and consumer protection law is preferred.

Knowledge & Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly: OJK Regulations Bank Indonesia (BI) Regulations Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE)
  • Excellent contract drafting, review, negotiation, and legal documentation skills.
  • Strong legal research and legal writing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Hukumonline and JDIH.
  • Familiar with contract management systems (e.g., DocuSign) and Google Workspace.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
