• Foster continuous improvement and innovation in Arya Noble Business School’s processes and systems, refining approaches for enhanced results.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate current learning programs, collaborating closely with stakeholders to optimize processes, address issues, and enhance effectiveness.
• Oversee the implementation of all learning programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with program objectives while managing the budget efficiently.

Kualifikasi

Does it match your criteria?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Learning and Management Systems and Human Behavioral Science.
• Skills in Project Management, Learning Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, and Training Delivery.
