- Lead the identification and analysis of learning and development needs based on competency gaps, business requirements, performance outcomes, and succession planning priorities to ensure targeted capability development initiatives.
- Identify current and future organizational capability requirements and develop strategic learning interventions to support business transformation and growth.
- Design and develop technical, functional, leadership, and behavioral learning programs (learning syllabus, methods, etc) to strengthen employee competencies and organizational capabilities.
- Design and manage leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline and prepare future leaders for key organizational roles.
- Act as an internal trainer, facilitator, and coach by delivering learning programs, facilitating workshops, conducting coaching and mentoring sessions, and promoting knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities, leadership readiness, and organizational learning culture.
- Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve the operational of learning program.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning by promoting learning engagement, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and continuous improvement practices to enhance organizational performance.
- Establish and monitor learning effectiveness metrics, assessments, feedback mechanisms, and impact evaluations to ensure learning programs deliver measurable business and competency outcomes.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- 4 - 5 years in the related field as Learning & Development; 2 Years in Managerial Level will be a plus point.
- Good Knowledge about Learning and Management Systems, Human Behavioural Science.
