Join Our Team – Legal Professionals

A growing law firm based in South Jakarta is looking for passionate, driven, and talented legal professionals to join our team.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

* Paralegal

* Junior Associate

* Associate

* Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities :

Provide legal support and advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Draft, review, and assist in the preparation of legal documents, agreements, and corporate filings.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal analyses to support client matters and transactions.

Assist in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and general corporate matters.

Support clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management matters.

Liaise with government authorities, clients, and other stakeholders when required.

Work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical and commercially sound legal solutions.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
