1. Deliver Korean language training programs in accordance with the LPK cirriculum.
2. Teach Korean Language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and pronunciation.
3. Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments.
4. Guide students in preparing for the EPS-TOPIK examination.
5. Monitor, assess, and evaluate student learning progress.
6. Provide coaching and mentoring to prepare students for employment opportunities in South Korea.
7. Teach Korean culture, workplace, etiquette, and communication practices.
8. Maintain student records and learning databases.
9. Develop and continuously improve training materials and teaching methods.
10. Prepare training reports and student performance evaluations.
