- Develop and implement creative content strategies and briefs that leverage social media trends to boost brand engagement and communicate key messaging.
- Optimize video marketing by aligning with brand tone, conducting market analysis, and syncing content with key timelines, such as product launches and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers across all tiers to enhance brand visibility and drive impressions.
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with influencers to create trend-driven content that resonates with audiences and drives traffic.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics to optimize future initiatives and stay updated on platform trends and industry shifts.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, Digital Marketing or related fields). With relevant experience, as KOL Strategist, Brand Marketing, and Digital Marketing, or relevant position for at least 2-3 year in a relevant industry.
- Experience working with popular Influencer marketing networks with good communication, time management, and negotiation skills, and also an interest in Beauty and Skin Care Industry.
- A deep understanding of social media platform (especially TikTok) algorithms, features, and trends.
- Good taste for video quality and ability to share creative ideas.
- Ability to give insights on market, user, and product; ability to do video data analysis and result target-oriented.
- Skill software; Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Social Media Insight (Instagram & TikTok)
