1. Deliver Kaigo (Caregiver) training programs in accordance with LPK curriculum.
2. Conduct classroom instruction and practical training in elderly care services.
3. Teach caregiving techniques, safety procedures, hygiene standards, and patient handling
4. Guide students in understanding Japanese work ethics, culture, and communication practices.
5. Monitor, assess, and evaluate student performance and competency development.
6. Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure students are ready for employment opportunities in Japan.
7. Develop and continuously improve training materials and teaching methods.
8. Prepare training reports and student progress evaluations.
