• Determine team composition and define realistic project timelines.
• Establish effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Apply suitable project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) depending on project type.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress and manage risks to ensure project objectives are met.

Kualifikasi

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Manager with a background in IT or Information Systems to join our growing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, ensuring all project goals are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge or experience in software testing is a plus.
