- Respond to and resolve incoming requests for technical support from users
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on the use of various software applications and IT systems
- Maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or vendor for further investigation and resolution
- Ensure the company's IT infrastructure and assets are secure and well-maintained

Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and technical support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Hands-on experience with a variety of hardware, software, and networking technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with end-users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Formal qualification in Information Technology or a related field would be an advantage
