- Provide day-to-day IT support and helpdesk assistance to employees.
- Prepare and set up laptops, desktops, and other IT devices.
- Install, configure, and update required software and applications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and device-related issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and checks on laptops, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain records and inventory of IT assets and devices.
- Escalate technical issues to the relevant team or vendor when necessary.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, LAN, IP address, and internet connectivity.
- Familiar with laptop/desktop setup, maintenance, and peripheral devices.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills and comfortable assisting users with technical issues.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
