IT Product Manager BANKING

Prepare a complete project plan, including project schedules, deliverables, personnel plans, deployment plans, change management, and assist with project planning;

Prepare Kick-Off Meetings and manage expectations from relevant users;

Manage the project team to plan the project to meet the agreed timeline, scope, and cost;

Manage issues and risks across the project;

Prepare project status reports and ad hoc project reports as required by BPUI;

Prepare the Project Implementation Report (PIR) after go-live;

Ensure all project documents are completed in accordance with applicable BPUI procedures;

Perform all tasks in accordance with all BPUI policies and procedures;

Bachelor Degree

Minimum > 3 years of experience as a Product Owner

Have expereince as Product Manager in Banking

Able to collaborate with the business team to prepare business case plans and obtain approval from relevant users;

Able to coordinate with relevant teams to gather and finalize business requirements;

Have experience working in the finance industry

Full WFO in Jakarta

Willing to work in the finance industry (Insurance, banking, etc.)
