Job description for IT Vendor Management will be, but not limited to:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services, including needs identification, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchasing.
- Handle procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, and services based on organizational needs.
- Monitor IT vendor performance, including performance evaluations, contract reviews, and the development of long-term working relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IT requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT procurement or a related procurement field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to support procurement activities.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
