Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for end users by handling incidents and service requests through phone, email, chat, or ticketing system in daily production operations in a 24/7 shifting environment
- Provide technical support and coordinate with other team such as developers, tester, engineers and end-users
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, asset records, and user support activities
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, and standard office applications
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Helpdesk, or a similar support role
- Understanding and experience with ticketing systems, user support processes, and basic IT service management practices
- Understanding and experience with implement, monitor and manage Monitoring Tools using SNMP and Syslog Protocol
- Familiar with with Linux and Windows environments
- Familiar with with Database Administration
- Basic understanding with Network and Connectivity
- Ability to work in a service-oriented team environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
