Support and maintain deployment environments including Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
Monitor infrastructure and network availability to ensure high system uptime and optimal performance.
Handle infrastructure and network-related incidents including troubleshooting, escalation, and issue resolution.
Perform server administration and maintenance for Linux and Windows environments.
Support cloud infrastructure operations and maintenance in AWS and/or GCP environments.
Monitor and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Assist in infrastructure deployment, configuration, patching, and system enhancement activities.
Implement and maintain basic infrastructure and network security practices.
Prepare infrastructure availability reports and network performance reports periodically.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Support, System Administration, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of server administration in Linux and/or Windows environments.
Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP.
Good understanding of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS.
Basic understanding of infrastructure and network security best practices.
Experience using monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in infrastructure and network environments.
Good communication and coordination skills, including experience working with vendors.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Willing to work outside regular working hours or provide on-call support when required.
