IT Business Partner

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Support project execution and monitor progress, timeline, and deliverables.

Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Provide application support and coordinate issue resolution.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Support solution analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Coordinate testing, implementation, and post go-live activities.

Monitor project risks, issues, and ensure timely project delivery.

Kualifikasi

Male/Female, 22–30 years old (female candidates are required to wear hijab).

Professional and well-groomed appearance.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a State University (PTN) or selected private universities such as BINUS University, Institut Teknologi PLN, or Telkom University.

Educational background in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum GPA of 3.50.

Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Business Partner, Application Support, or a similar role.

Experience in project management and involvement as a Solution Analyst (SA) or Business Analyst (BA).

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table).

Familiar with tools such as Jira, Figma, and Canva.

Strong communication skills.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
