IT Business Partner and Innovation Incubation Officer [Outsource]

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as IT Business Partner and Innovation Incubation Officer (Outsource). In this role, you will support business transformation initiatives by bridging business needs and technology solutions while driving digital innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and facilitate the development of IT solutions for business units and stakeholders.
2. Develop System Requirements Specifications (SRS) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
3. Conduct analysis and design activities to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
4. Support digital innovation initiatives and identify emerging technology trends that can improve business processes and services.
5. Prepare feasibility studies and provide recommendations related to IT solution development initiatives.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/principles to support technology transformation projects.

Kualifikasi

What You’ll Deliver:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, and Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Experience as a member of at least 2 (two) IT projects.

Technical Skills

1. Strong understanding of Business Analysis, IT System Architecture, IT Fundamentals, and Digital Transformation.
2. Familiarity with Stock Exchange Business Operations and Business Application Systems will be a plus.
3. Proficient in Confluence, Requirement Management Systems, and Microsoft Office.

Soft Skills

1. Strong communication and presentation skills.
2. Good administrative skills.
3. Experience in organizing and managing events.

General Requirements:

1. Minimum GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00)
2. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)
3. Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
4. Knowledge of Capital Market will be an advantage.
