Gather and document business requirements.

Analyze business processes and identify improvements.

Work closely with business users, developers, testers, and project managers.

Prepare requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.

Support system development, testing, and implementation.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Ensure solutions meet business and insurance requirements.

Assist in project delivery and issue resolution.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience in the insurance industry (Life, Health, or General Insurance).

Strong understanding of insurance processes such as:

Policy Administration
Underwriting
Claims
Billing/Payments

Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.

Basic knowledge of SQL and system integrations is an advantage.

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.
