Deskripsi pekerjaan

Support system enhancement request by analyzing and documenting user requirements.

Manage system developer prioritization in delivering system enhancements.

Design functional solution together with system developer to address user requirements.

Conduct internal testing to ensure all the functional solution working.

Arrange user acceptance testing with business users to validate the enhancement by gathering proof of test and sign off.

Create user guide documentation and provide system training to trainers or business users, when required by the project.

Work closely with respective departments and development team to resolve production issue.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor Degree majoring Information Technology / System Information.

Minimum 2 Years of working experience in software development environment.

Know and understand of building/drafting BRD, FSD, TSD & UML.

Understand how to elaborate user requirement, build software solution, conduct and arrange user testing.

Basic understanding of project management and reporting.

Good knowledge on Ms. Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio).
