Deskripsi pekerjaan

1. New Business Development & Lead Generation

Build and maintain a prospect database and targeted contact lists.
Conduct industry and market research to identify potential leads and growth sectors.
Analyze customer needs and business pain points to tailor offerings and approaches.

2. Account Management & Customer Insights

Review and analyze existing customer data, transaction history, and usage patterns.
Collect customer feedback and suggestions for service/product improvement.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities based on client profiles.

3. Sales Planning & Client Engagement

Prepare and manage visit schedules, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Present product and service offerings aligned with client needs and business value.
Develop proposals, quotations, and handle procurement-related documentation (POs, agreements, e-procurement, etc.) using standard templates.

5. Target Management & Strategy Execution

Work towards revenue and performance targets set by management.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies and action plans.
Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.

2. Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Account Manager, Sales, Relationship Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within Professional Services, IT Consulting, or technology-related industries.

3. Experience in handling client relationship management, business development, and IT project coordination within Professional Services environments is highly preferred.

4. Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions and services.

5. Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of IT products and services; experience with Professional Services is an advantage.

6. English proficiency is considered a plus point.
