1. Campaign Execution & Management
- Manage end-to-end fundraising campaigns, primarily within the Islamic segment, and support other segments when needed
- Act as the main PIC for campaigns involving influencers, communities, and strategic partners
- Ensure campaigns meet their targets (donations, awareness, engagement)
2. Influencer & KOL Management
- Build and maintain relationships with Islamic influencers (ustadz, habib, public figures, communities), as well as selected non-Islamic/flagship influencers
- Manage day-to-day communication with KOLs (briefing, follow-ups, content approvals)
- Identify and propose potential KOLs across Islamic and relevant adjacent segments
3. Partnership & Collaboration
- Support the initiation and execution of collaborations with Islamic organizations and communities
- Build and maintain relationships with partners such as majelis, da’wah institutions, activist groups, and other strategic partners
- Contribute to developing new campaign opportunities through both Islamic and cross-segment partnerships
4. Content & Campaign Strategy Support
- Provide insights on campaign angles that are relevant from Islamic, social, and broader audience perspectives
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure messaging is effective and audience-relevant
- Ensure campaign narratives remain impactful while staying aligned with Islamic values (for Islamic campaigns)
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance (donations, reach, conversion) across segments handled
- Prepare reports and insights for campaign evaluation
- Provide recommendations for improvement in future campaigns
Kualifikasi
- 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, KOL Specialist, or in Partnerships (preferably with exposure to the Islamic segment)
- Strong understanding of the Islamic influencer ecosystem in Indonesia, with openness to work across other segments (e.g., activists, public figures, flagship influencers)
- Experienced in managing digital campaigns and working with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in building and maintaining relationships
- Strong awareness of Islamic, social, and fundraising-related issues
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a high sense of ownership
- Willing to work from the office (hybrid) in Jakarta or be based in Jabodetabek
