💼Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute audit programs in collaboration with the Internal Audit Manager.
2. Lead audit activities for Sales and Marketing Divisions, including distributor audits.
3. Identify risks, assess controls, and recommend improvements through comprehensive reports.
4. Enhance audit effectiveness by developing new audit methodologies and risk management frameworks.
5. Mentor team members and drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

🔍Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Taxation.
2. Minimum 8 years of audit experience, preferably in FMCG or Distribution.
3. Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and other audit tools.
4. Skilled in SOP development, reporting, and presentation.
5. Effective communicator with strong teamwork orientation.
6. Willing to travel frequently for distributor audits.
