Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.

Develop and present business proposals to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Track sales performance and report on progress towards business development goals.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Interior/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Min. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, interior designer or a related role

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autocad & Sketch Up

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in English (both writing & spoken)
