- Support data analysis for B2B solutions and integrated business initiatives.
- Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for internal and client use.
- Analyze campaign and business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct competitor, market, and industry trend analysis to support competitive intelligence.
- Translate data and insights into clear business presentations, GTM materials, and solution one-pagers.
- Develop and manage B2B content and support end-to-end B2B event execution.
- Maintain organized documentation of insights, benchmarks, and learnings.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions.

Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Strong interest in data analysis, B2B solutions, and business strategy.
- Basic understanding of data concepts, including metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Able to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Basic knowledge of media, particularly OTT and digital media, and an interest in advertising and industry trends.
- Basic knowledge of copywriting frameworks such as AIDA, PAS, and value propositions.
- Interest in AdTech, Media, OTT, and Publishing.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Metabase is a plus.
- Understanding of B2B funnels and KPIs is a plus.
