About the Role

We're looking for HR professionals who enjoy supporting people operations and ensuring smooth HR processes. This talent pool is intended for future opportunities across our organization and client companies within various industries. If you have experience in HR administration, payroll, employee lifecycle management, or HR operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Manage employee administration, personnel documentation, and HR records.
• Process payroll accurately, including attendance, allowances, deductions, and final payments.
• Administer BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and payroll-related compliance. Prepare payroll reports and statutory documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Assist in performance management initiatives, including OKR/KPI administration and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support various HR projects and continuous process improvements.

Tanggung jawab

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, Payroll, or Human Resources.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS administration.
• Familiar with payroll processes and HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
