Candidates should possess good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the Hospitality Industry is essential.

We are looking for someone with solid practical experience and knowledge of all HR functions.

Excellent people management and leadership skills - in recruitment, training and development, coaching, conflict management and performance management - are highly valued.
