Deskripsi pekerjaan
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and infrastructure to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor ongoing renovation projects to ensure alignment with design, scope of work, and timeline.
Ensure materials and workmanship meet the specified standards and requirements.
Prepare inspection reports, QC checklists, and progress records.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to address issues during the renovation process.
Kualifikasi
Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil / Electro / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Fresh Graduate willing to apply.
Good understanding of construction methods, MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and building materials.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
