• Keep updated on the company’s recruitment demands and hiring criteria for all positions.
• Collect and screen resumes daily, and communicate with potential candidates.
• Send out interview invitations and complete on‑boarding procedures for new hires.
• Arrange accommodation and meals for newly‑joined employees.
• Brief new employees on company background and internal rules.
• Monitor new‑hire attendance status, track two bonus milestones (7‑day & 30‑day tenure), and calculate eligible bonuses.

Persyaratan

Previous relevant experience is not mandatory. Candidates should be hard‑working, eager to learn, and possess basic communication skills.

Benefit :

1. Basic salary: Starting from RP 2,500,000

2. Total compensation: RP 3,500,000‑5,500,000 (basic salary + recruitment bonus + 30‑day retention bonus)

3. Benefits: Meals and accommodation provided

Bonus Rules

1. Recruitment bonus: Corresponding bonus will be paid once the recruited employee completes 7 working days. Bonuses can be accumulated with no upper limit.

2. Retention bonus: Additional retention bonus will be granted if the recruited employee stays for 30 full days.

Working Hours :

10:00 AM – 18:00 PM

6 days of rest per month
