Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
