Kualifikasi

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing through various channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
