Full WFO - Kapuk, Jakarta Utara

Memimpin dan mengelola operasional tim technical support/helpdesk.
Memastikan seluruh issue teknis ditangani sesuai SLA dan standar layanan.
Menangani eskalasi teknis, incident management, dan problem resolution.
Melakukan monitoring sistem, analisis log, serta root cause analysis untuk issue berulang.
Menyusun dan mengembangkan SOP, workflow support, serta knowledge base.
Melakukan coaching, mentoring, dan evaluasi performa anggota tim.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal maupun user untuk memastikan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan

Kualifikasi

Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang Technical Support / IT Support.
Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun memimpin tim support/helpdesk.
Menguasai troubleshooting hardware, software, network, dan operating system.
Memahami incident management, escalation handling, dan root cause analysis (RCA).
Familiar dengan monitoring tools, remote support tools, serta knowledge base management.
Memahami networking, infrastructure, dan dasar cloud/security menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking, dan komunikasi yang baik.
Mampu mengelola tim, menyusun prioritas kerja, coaching, serta evaluasi performa tim.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target, pressure, dan koordinasi lintas divisi.
