• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing brand accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertisers, media agencies, and creative agencies.
• Understand client business needs and sell relevant services, content, and commercial solutions to brands.
• Lead sales pitches, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures across multiple brand accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
