• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations across all MCN business functions.
• Translate company objectives into measurable KPIs and cascade business targets to each Department Lead.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Creator Management, Live Commerce, Community, Business Development, Operations, and other supporting teams.
• Monitor business performance and ensure the achievement of key metrics, including GMV, Revenue, Profitability, Creator Growth, and Operational Excellence.
• Lead Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), performance evaluations, and execution of improvement plans.
• Optimize resource allocation, prioritize strategic initiatives, and resolve operational challenges across departments.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Department Leads to build a high-performing and accountable organization.
• Prepare executive business reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Director based on data-driven insights.

Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the MCN, Digital Agency, E-Commerce, Live Commerce, Creator Economy, or related industries.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, people management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of MCN operations, Creator Management, Live Commerce, Business Development, and Influencer Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
