- Own the e-commerce P&L, sales target, and overall channel performance
- Develop and execute channel strategies across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other relevant platforms
- Analyze sales fluctuations, identify root causes, and take fast corrective actions
- Build annual and monthly commercial calendars, including campaign, promotion, pricing, and assortment plans
- Manage key performance metrics such as GMV, net sales, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin
- Optimize media spending, campaign mechanics, product visibility, and customer journey to improve efficiency and conversionIdentify growth opportunities through customer behaviour, competitor activity, marketplace trends, and performance data
- Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure campaign execution and stock readinessImprove product listing quality, store structure, assortment performance, and merchandising strategy
- Lead and develop the e-commerce team with clear targets, priorities, and performance standards
- Deliver business reviews, commercial insights, and strategic recommendations to the BOD

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior-level e-commerce roles within fragrance or beauty brands.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling high-volume monthly GMV
- Strong experience in driving online sales, managing budgets, and delivering commercial targets
- Deep understanding of marketplace operations, platform algorithms, promotions, affiliate ecosystems, live commerce, and digital advertising
- Strong analytical skills in diagnosing performance shifts and defining commercial actions
- Comfortable managing P&L, forecasting sales, and evaluating campaign profitability
- Able to make sound decisions quickly in changing business situations
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and execution discipline
- Commercially driven, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
