PT Daraya Gayanti Grup, Master Franchise of a globally well-known KX Pilates brand and a pioneer of Pilates Studio in Indonesia, are looking for a dynamic and energetic candidates to fill in the role of our Digital Marketing Staff, who will be responsible for :

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interaction with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner

• Provide information needed by customers related to company products and operational

• Anticipate and address guests service needs, including handling complaints

• Administrative things

• Greeting and Welcoming Customers

• Handle Customers

• Receiving and Delivering All Incoming and Outgoing Messages from Customers

• Answering All Calls and Directing as Needed

• Keep the front desk clean, tidy, and supplied with all the necessary supplies

• Having experience doing selling activitiesies

• Can join as soon as possible (more preferable)

We will consider all candidates who meet the following criterias:

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum High School Graduate

• Preferrably has good command in English conversation

• Experienced as Receptionist/Guest Relation Officer/Other Front Desk role at least 1 year

• Good sales driven, customer-oriented

• Ability to Work Independently

• Good Interpersonal and communication skills

• Working Schedule : 6 days per week
